Notes
A $400 Refundable Security Deposit is required at the time the property is reserved and it will be returned after departure. A $100 Cleaning Fee will be retained. Prices exclude fees & taxes starting at the rates indicated above. A 10% tax will be added to rentals less than 30 days. Payment is accepted in US Dollars. Payment in full is due 7-days in advance of arrival.
